What I could add to the title is that I would gladly have all of them, because I like them all insanely, plus I think they’re so wearable and easy to combine with everything in our closets. The ethno, boho chic wave brought with it very flat heels, which is a good thing, especially if we spend all day on our feet, making us a bit more tired. Summertime and the high temperatures bring with them some issues with the soles on our feet, so it’s not the best idea to spend the whole day in stilettos. The models I’m writing about today, are gorgeous, comfortable and chic enough to be worth your consideration.
Valentino started this trend, and the rest followed; lace espadrilles are very delicate and beautiful, the only downside is they don’t go along well with rain or moisture, and are truly seasonal footwear so it doesn’t make sense to spend too much money for a model that will last only three months.
Ethno with laces
The feet are nicely accentuated, especially the ankle and the top of the foot, which makes this a feminine model that goes nicely with a skirt or a dress. The platform is basically the same as with the espadrilles, so similar advice applies. As far as colours go, focus on the light shades, because they look best in the summer.
Slip-ons with a message
Playful like the ones Chiara Ferragni is modelling, contemporary and fun, very comfortable and appropriate for all women, especially those who like to wear pants or jeans.
A lot of everything
I fell in love with these truly decorated models that reign this summer and are so attractive, they immediately take all the attention. Colourful, full of pompons, pearls and bobbles they don’t need much, perhaps only a pair of shorts and a white T shirt, and it’s precisely what makes them such a top choice.
Make no mistake, they’re actually very feminine, because they can be glossy, with laces, and metallic studs. Comfort is their signature, but it doesn’t mean they remain unnoticed. Let your imagination guide you.
