It all comes down to what you combine it with; and the key is to move the waist upward, which means you should put away the low waist pants we’ve all been wearing for years. If you want longer and slimmer looking legs, even without heels, opt for a high waist.

If you want to look slimmer, match your shoes, belt and trousers in the same shade; monochromatic look in general makes you look slimmer and taller, so perhaps try wearing a jumpsuit, it will instantly clarify how the formula works.
