What I love about her is the fact, that she is always so natural. Ok, she wears good pieces that can be not so affordable, but on her everything seems so simple and “just taken from the closet”. I don’t know if she has a personal stylist, perhaps there is a person that is taking her of her for the big events, but the truth is her style is amazing and cool also in everyday’s life. Maybe the obsession with Holmes and her style is thanks to this balance of the attainable and aspirational. Holmes’s sartorial choices feel down-to-earth: She’s always kept one leg in the Hollywood limelight and still appears at well-heeled events, but she also hails cabs and shops in chain makeup stores like the rest of us.

I have been such a huge fan of Tom Cruise, but, well, let me say that I am so happy to see her free and happy now. Her approach to fashion is almost upsettingly laid back. In an interview with Stellar magazine, Holmes said, “I just pick what I like wearing. I don’t have a lot of time to choose, but I go with classics and kind of throw it on and walk out.” While the actress has built a strong sartorial reputation over the years, over the last few months she has really raised her fashion game.
