Style of the day: winter in white

There’s no faster way to look unapologetically fresh to death than pairing white on white. This wintry look is achievable in countless iterations—from elegant evening ensembles to lightened up knitwear, and killer white boot looks. But maybe the faster way to achieve a very good and elegant look is to wear a nice knitwear, some lace, high heels and pearls. To me this is a very special and wearable combination that makes me feel confident and feminine. White trousers with a high waist and a heavy gauge knit are the perfect winter white combo. The color of winter white isn’t stark white. Instead, the shade is more of an ivory or a slightly greyed out white, like ecru. So many women are afraid of wearing white pants, but it can be done, and it can be flattering! The key to working white pants is making sure the fit is impeccable.
