Ok, you will say, but this is nothing new! And yes, I agree, the only fact is, that it is quite good to have a lot of shirts in our wardrobe and if they are sexy, well, even better. Lear from Miley girls! Cyrus shared a series of photos of herself wearing a head-to-toe Tom Ford look that included a long black velvet jacket over a black shirt with a number of buttons undone, black silk pants, black velvet boots, sunglasses and a fluffy black hat. I like the total black look, because it’s dramatic and sexy as well, but I have to admit that it works in the fashion world, in the real life not so much.

But beside these extreme combinations, we can always opt for shirts and feel super elegant. As you all know, button-up is an important part of every men’s and women’s business wardrobe. It is impossibile to choose just one! It’s universally agreed that Siena Miller’s boho chic outfit at Glastonbury 2004 marked the start of the contemporary boho-chic trend, although some observers note that elements of the boho look could be seen in late 2003. Since then bohemian outfits have remained popular, although each season has brought its own unique twist to the overall feel. Wear it with jeans and leather pants.

It is a really simple model: white, with buttons, and that’s all. No lace, no romantic, no nothing. But it works and I adore it with a super laced bra, because the contrast between the shirt and the underwear is really feminine and sexy. Wear it with heels and try a hat, a Fedora one, because in this case you have to add a touch of drama. Right now stylish women are borrowing button-up business shirts from the boys and styling them in fresh ways that you’re going to love.

The gingham shirt
It’s another trend coming from the men’s world of fashion, but it is a little more romantic and cozy, so I thing the gingham shirt is something you can really wear during winter or fall. Flannel is a great material, it will keep you warm and add a touch of “cabin in the woods style”with pumpkins and leather. Seriously, this shirt is a must have! It is not necessary to play just with black and white, try also the natural shades and pinky ones. The plaid style is so fresh and natural, that you have to love it! And of course there si this old-fashioned and rustic look. Plaid shirt is the standard for men and women, which is good.

The big trend is: big sleeves! But really big, like Cinderella in the movie…to show them well you have to wear this shirt without a blazer, show it up and be proud of the giant sleeves. Of course you can opt for a medium size, but the most important thing is to play with the volume. This shirt can be white, but also black, with small flowers, a polkadot model, with stripes or even in a nice, pastel shade. I love it with tight pants and leather boots. This combination is just stunning and it remind me of some pirates, sirens and stuff like this. Cool.

The lace shirt
Super romantic, classy and very useful. It has not be made by lace at 100%, but it has to have some lace to add a touch of elegance. There is nothing like lace and we have to admit that this material has the capacity to add something magical to every outfit. If I am feeling sad or blue, I wear lace and immediately feel better. The white one is my favorite in so is for the shirt: I like it in white, quite transparent and a little bit sexy. Pair it with a black leather jacket to add a good contrast. Or you can choose a simple pair of jeans and be stunning as well. Yummi!
