An eyeliner pencil can create a variety of eye makeup looks, from a subtle natural look to an intense smoky eye. Of course it depends on the color that you choose, usually it’s black od+r dark brown, which is great for an everyday look, but if you want to reach something more, you have to try colors. You can use eyeliner on your lower or upper lash line, or both. While black and brown eyeliners are among the most common colored eyeliners, the beauty product is also available in blue, pink, white, and other hues. Unlike most liquid eyeliners and gel liners, an eye pencil typically has a matte finish.
