Graceful Story

Three pieces to wear this spring

Spring is just about here. The planet is waking up after a long winter sleep, and everything is coming alive. Fashion is changing with the help of colors, new fabrics and silhouettes that are feminine and bold. The message from designers for spring is all about getting dressed again in bright colors, plays on texture, new silhouettes and statement-making accessories.There are a lot of new pieces coming out for spring, but these three are my favorite.

The trench coat

You’ll probably still need a coat for spring—and there’s really no other choice than a trench coat this year. Chic detective vibes incoming. Available in various styles, color combinations, lengths, and with or without many of its original details, the trench coat might have lost its functional military connotation, but it still very much retains that classic caché.

The puff sleeve dress

We all know that spring and dresses go together like winter and shearling, and this season, puff-sleeve styles are reigning supreme. If there were a cheat code for putting together a flawless spring outfit, the voluminous silhouette would be at the heart of the formula.

The elegant suit

While we still adore heavier fabrics like velvet and cashmere, there’s nothing quite as satisfying as slipping into something lighter come spring. Pastel colors are here, opt for pink, green, yellow, white and light green.
