Nope, the burgundy-mania isn’t over yet, and if I’m being honest, I’m glad it isn’t, because I love burgundy. To me, this choice is rather unusual, because I don’t usually wear red ‒ it’s just too strong and temperamental, so I always feel like I get lost in it ‒ but with burgundy it’s a totally different story. It all started with lipstick and nail polish and slowly moved to the wardrobe. I can already tell that this colour will stick around for next winter, which means my clothes are actually a good investment. Even though I don’t wear a hat in my everyday life, I played around with this accessory for today’s styling, and the rest are all very wearable, yet elegant garments; just the way I like them. The top piece is my new striped and ethnic print jacket: a love at first sight, just like the wonderful afternoon I spent in Italy.
My styling is as follows: Massimo Dutti pants and sweater, Borsalino hat, Dixie jacket, Guess pumps, Accessorize clutch, JCrew necklace, JCrew beige ring, Six golden ring, Nail Inc Colville Mews nail polish.
