Style of the day: the tartan fever

I am truly love with check and tartan prints, they have a kind of timeless charm and take me back to my mothers’ old pieces, reinterpreting them with an innovative taste. It’s so wrong to think that check and tartan prints are unfashionable. We already told you: these prints will set the rules for the next season, and the colour palette is here to confirm it. For my style of the day I decided to wear deep blue and red, of course with a twist. This tartan jacket is amazing also with a very simple pair of blue jeans; I am wearing it with a pleated, midi skirt, which is another passion. The girly and feminine look is something I adore and I try to express myself using these prints and colours, even if red is not my shade, but I am trying to inglobate it in my wardrobe anyway. As you know red is one of the most beautiful colours od this winter, so let’s try! I truly hope you will like my style.
