Style of the day: wide leg pants and stripes

I am quite surprised to wear the wide leg pants, because they aren’t really my style. Even if I am not a skinny jeans girl, I like normal pants, elegant and wearable and the wide model was quite an issue. But, you know, the combination between stripes, blue, white and small flowers was so cute and delicate, I couldn’t resist. When we first think of wide-leg pants, the ’70s, hippies and beachy style come to mind, but for the past few seasons, this flattering and fun trend has made a major comeback for everyday, an evening out and even workwear fashion. Even so, it can be intimidating to opt for a pant with extra fabric and size. After all, who wants to make their legs look wider? However, wide-leg pants actually lengthen legs and accentuate the waistline. My combination is with flat sandals (which are a must have with this model of pants, even if I can see women wearing them with high heels) and a deep blue blouse, light and simple, really easy to wear. I have to say that the pants are so comfortable and the high waisted model is amazing, you can wear it all day long.
