As we start to give preference to lighter pieces and put heavy jackets and coats away until next fall, mornings and evenings can still be fresh, in spite of warm sunny days, so let’s not forget about pieces such as denim or leather jackets as well astrench coats. But the real fashion item that can easily be used as top layer is a blazer. Its popularity is undeniable, because we see it everywhere and younger generations have taken to it just as gladly as the older ones. It’s a huge trend that we’ve all instantly embraced as our own.
Lighter, pastel tones such as white, pink and blue are the first we should mention, as well as bolder shades of blue, pink violet, yellow, red or green. And we’re as focused on stripes as we are on colors. There are some tartan versions, but we prefer individual pieces in thicker and thinner alternatives. Opt for pant suits with long or cropped pant leg for the look of spring, but then again, a single striped blazer worn individually will do the trick.
Style it with a basic T-shirt or thin turtleneck and also consider the sexier combination with a lace slip on. When choosing the bottompiece, consider that culottes and high waist trousers are still very fashionable and willlook absolutely sophisticated in an A-line statement skirt.

With a chartreuse skirt, the blazer is creative and office-friendly.
Say oui to the red and blue variation on classic uniform stripes.
I’m not sure there is a wrong way to do this, actually! I mean, whether with bright colors or even floral, it’s such a cute, versatile piece!
It’s comfortable, fits great and is oh-so-beyond cute. I don’t know why it’s taken me this long to do a post on how to wear a striped blazer!
