We cannot do without them and they protect our eyes from sunlight. Sunglasses are also an important fashion accessory, which can help create good style. Every new season brings with it new models; if you browse Instagram today, you’ll find most it-girls wearing small shades. They’re not the most beautiful choice nor do they suit every face, most importantly, they don’t provide enough protection, because the lens is too small. But that’s fashion: it often brings trends that aren’t the most wearable, which is why I’m going to include other models besides the tiny sunglasses, which I personally amnot impressed by. The rest may be more wearable and feminine.
Mirrored aviators
There will be many this year and the top color choice is light blue, almost turquoise. These models look great with denim and due to their classic shape that suits everyone, they are very wearable in general. Dark green lenses with gold frames remain an absolute classic, but there are also bolder color choices and models.

Cat eye or butterfly shaped sunglasses
Cat eye shape is sexy and seductive, because it’s large and make sure the face is well covered. To me it seems that they gained on popularity in the past few years and practically everybody owns a pair. The outer part of the frame is slightly uplifted, which usually works well on round faces, but it’s really a universally flattering frame shape. Butterfly shape is more recent, it’s fun and almost childlike, but still quite lovely, especially in pastels.

Square shapes
The seventies brought us square glasses, super modern and interesting, but definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. The frame that stands out is usually thicker and makes you look strict, so some caution is advised, when picking it out. I would definitely advise opting for larger rather than smaller frames and, similarly to round frames, have them for fun, not for regular wear.

Round shapes
The John Lennon look, remember? These glasses can be perfectly round or less so, but in no case are they suitable for round faces; more so for women with a prominent jaw line or oval faces. Color of the lens, which can also be mirrored, can vary from blue to pink or yellow, whichever you prefer. Simple black is the most beautiful, because the shape itself is special enough.
