Style of the day: the polka dot dress

This classic print that never seems to go out of style is one of my favorite! A polka dot midi dress requires little-to-no styling, which is why it is summer after summer such a hero purchase. These kind of prints are inherently girly, so I wanted to take it one step further to the feminine side with charming details like ruffles. Fashion is so interesting nowadays, because it can be fun and elegant at the same time, but there are still pieces that never go out of style: the polka dot dress is one of them. I’m wearing it with pearls, a super classic decision, but this is me and I love to know that I have my own style! One last tip: keep the scale of the polka dots small when you’re wearing a print to work—this will keep it toned-down and appropriate.
