My dear readers! Firs of all happy new Year! I wish You all the best and I sincerely hope that 2019 will bring us a lot of happiness, love, health, good vibes and precious moments to save forever. I hope it will be a kind, nice, gentle year, because we deserve it. 2018 was not an easy year for me, but I started the new one with fresh hope, positive thoughts and a lot of strength. I have new resolutions and goals to share with you, because I believe we are on the same path and looking in the same direction. If you have any suggestion, please, add it in the comments!
Get in shape
Losing weight is the top resolution for Americans, and combined with “exercise more” and “stay fit and healthy” it is something that over a third of the population wishes to achieve. My desire is to immediately start with a new exercise program for my hips and tummy. I love swimsuits and high temperature, so I have to work on my body a lot, starting from NOW. What a bout you?
More me time
I love to read, lay in a bath full of bubbles, watch Netflix, play with my little sunshine Sofia and think about life. Unfortunately I wrk a lot and too hard to have enough spare time for myself. In the New Year I have an important goal: to better organise my time, read more books, write more journals, improve my mental skills and concentration, control my mood and care less about that others think.
Earn more money
Even billionaires are always looking for ways to earn more money, and we common folk can definitely use an additional source of income to make life a bit more comfortable. My goal is to increase my income and work harder on my websites and job, because at the end of the day wee al have to pay bills and I guess we all love a nice, comfortable life. I know I deserve it and I will get it.
They say that stress is one of the biggest killers out there, and it can have a very destructive effect on your relationships as well as your health. It may be an unavoidable side effect of our hectic modern lifestyles, but it can be effectively managed with the help of useful, unconventional and easy to practice tricks for stress management. For me it’s all about listening too much at the world and paying too much attention at what people say or think. I think this is quite a big resolution, but I can make it!
Learn to let go of grudges and avoid moping
Times can be hard, and it may take a lot to overcome adversity, but sitting around and moping about it is just counterproductive. If you have a big fight with someone and fall out or get hurt over a small issue, you will only lose a friend or life partner and remain sad and bitter. Forgiveness is a much healthier way to deal with issues that should be left in the past. If you want to be happier, You just have to let go, and that’s all.
I can spend quite a lot of money in traveling, but I always think it’s well spent. Traveling is something so special to me, it gives me the chance to see the world, meet nice people, push myself beyond boundaries. I really want to travel more and I will do anything to have more time and just leave. You’ll need to have your finances in order, get the right equipment and invest some time and effort before you consider traveling across the globe, but there are ways of experiencing different cultures and visiting faraway places even on a tighter budget.
Learn how to defend myself
Being able to ensure your own safety, and the safety of those you love, is a very important skillset to have. It’s not all about groin kicks and palm strikes, however. You need to learn how to conduct yourself and what kind of behaviour to look out for in others. I know, that if you don’t defend yourself, then you can’t hope that other will defend you. Everything starts in our had, so, 2019, I am ready!
