Summer is knocking louder on our doors every day and it’s not only obvious from the rising temperatures, but also from our wardrobe choices, which aregetting lighter and lighter. We’ve been able to enjoy lightercolors and brighter shades, which call attention to the factthat the hottest months of the year are coming and the following fashion details are of key importance when the summer hits high.
Knots
They’re the fashion hit of the warm season and I believe many of you are happy to use this subtle fashion trick year after year. Whether it’s the most classical knot we tie on a T-shirt or a shirt, or a more intricate element, which can be part of an evening wardrobe, especially when it comes to jumpsuits, knots add a nice detail to many summer pieces.
Stripes
They’re by far one of the most typical details of spring and summer, emphasizingthe nauticalstylewithwhite and blue stripes. This year, we want to reach foralmost any shade, asthey’re especially nice in combinations with yellow, nude, blue, red or even violet. We wear them on almost any piece of the season, but they look their best matched with wide-leg trousers, blazers and basic T-shirts.
Ropes
It’s a very special element that goes especially well with day outfits in a relaxed, summer style. Ropes are common in accessories, such as bags and belts, but they have a much bigger effect on clothes, particularly jumpsuits, dresses and shorts.
Ruffles and frills
We cannot go past these details, when we talk about the summer, because they’ve become the must-have of every warm season. It’s no wonder that we can see them everywhere this time around, from swimsuits and dresses to high heel sandals and even jewelry.

Stripes and blue everywhere!
We seriously thought we’d have seen the back of ruffles by now, but they’re still here floating their feminine way through the catwalk shows and into our wardrobes.
The summer catwalks are cascading with ruffles and it’s neat to think that perhaps it’s an antidote to all the smooth, languid silks and long, lean silhouettes we enjoyed last season. I love this trend!
All the trends are amazing!
