When I think about life nowadays, I can say it only requires us to be one thing: resilient. If we’re not resilient, we have a harder time surviving, we get into conflicts, we lose sleep, get depressed, angry, vengeful, we dwell too much on the negative while life slips away. It’s time to stop and finally get it through our heads that we are resilient enough for anything, even or foremost for what may seem like a catastrophe at first. I think we all yearn forsomething better, nicer, calmer, and it’s up to us to find balance between one abyss and the other; the main problem is that we fail to see the good things that happen to us, because of the rapid speed of life.
Don’t whine
I know tackling everyday problems is far from easy, but whining about it won’t help. All it does is it concentrates negative energy, which doesn’t take you far. It’s a waste of words and your effort, which would be better focused on something positive, like figuring out how to solve a problem. I know many people who whine all the time, which makes them quite exhausting. And it’s true: being so negative attracts more negative events, because, don’t forget, the power of our words, thoughts and emotions is unbelievable.
Don’t judge
We should all realize that the world is full of words, which are often useless. It’s a shame, if you have to deal with what other people think or say about you, because one way or another, you’ll have a hard time changing their opinion. If you know who you are and where you’re going, then there are no serious obstacles and the people are just landmarks and sights on the way, which is clearly marked. This goes both ways, of course, so don’t judge others or yourself for that matter, because we’re often harshest toourselves.
Find your chance
Life is full of opportunities, if we can only see them. Life requires us to be attentive: to listen, observeand watch with our heart as well as with our mind. If you don’t, opportunities will pass you by and you’ll start feeling like there’s nothing going on, so there’s no opportunityof development, no chance of something nice happening to us. I don’t suppose we would grow up or change, had we lived a life where everything was perfectand positive. Negative situations are here to push us forward, so they can actually be good for us.
Practice daily
Practice changing your perspective. First of all, you should know that the world doesn’t have it in for you nor do the people around you. You create your own negative thoughts and as a result, you feel negative emotions. Pay attention to these feelings, keep track of them and be ready to let them go. It’s important to always stay positive, especially when you’re in a conflict. Don’t feel as though you’re alone, because you’re not and the fact is you’re resilient and strong enough to overcome this and a lot more, there’s no doubt about it.

When you judge others, you do not define them, you define yourself.
We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation.
If you have a dream, don’t just sit there. Gather courage to believe that you can succeed and leave no stone unturned to make it a reality.
“Who are you to judge the life I live?
I know I’m not perfect
-and I don’t live to be-
but before you start pointing fingers…
make sure you hands are clean!”
― Bob Marley
