We all have a limited level of energy, and using it to worry over mistakes is a waste. Learn lessons of the past and let them go.
Be open
Being the type of person who is pretty closed emotionally and physically is not healthy. In fact, it’s very limiting. Whether your door is generally wide open or typically shut tight, we all have situations in our lives where we are more or less open. To improve this try the following: monitor non-verbal cues, listen carefully to others, ignore your fear, find ways to connect, stay in the moment, refrain from judging.
Ask for feedback
Feedback is vital – it is two-way communication, which is vital to good organizational culture and performance. Feedback is actually central to life, used by every intelligent life form to survive. It happens that you are stuck in a situation, which is really bad and you can’t find a way out. A solution is to ask for feedback somebody you know well, because it might be that you see a lot of green trees, but you are not able to see the forest. Just ask.
Travel light
Let go of what no longer serves you. When the weight of the world is on your shoulders, it can feel like you’re going nowhere in a hurry. Shake off the burdens of stress, worry, and regret and find the freedom that comes when you travel light. Don’t use too much energy for things that are not important and will consume you. Understand that we all have a lot of energy, but we can easily come to a point when it’s not longer available. So save it for important things.
Make peace with your past
Always try to make peace with your history and move on. I am sure there are things which are not so beautiful and positive, but it happens. We alla have bad memories, they are a part of use, but that doesn’t mean they define you. The past is a combination of things and events that just happen. Learn to stop your bad thinking and just let go. Now you are another person, focus on that.
Write a journal
Writing is so important! Words are amazing and you have the possibility to put them on a paper, let them go, then read them again. Write about how you feel, it will help you a lot. If you want something, write it down. Write down how achieving this desire would impact all your senses. Write about it like you already have it — as if you are already experiencing the benefits. Putting these feelings out into the world can and will attract a positive outcome that will fulfill your desires.
